All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of the order.

All Sales are Final

We want you to love your Gran Cee purchase. Gran Cee items are handpicked  and are limited in quantity. We ask that you please choose your item carefully as we are unable to provide refunds. No exceptions.

 Sale, Clearance & Flash Sale Items

All sale/clearance/flash sale items are final and non-returnable. No exceptions.

Want to exchange an item? OK, no problem. Here’s what to do:

We do not accept used, worn or altered items for exchange. Items must be free of damage, smoke/odor & stain-free condition, and in new saleable condition with original tags and a copy of your receipt.

Your package must be postmarked for return within 21 days of your purchase date.

An email must be sent to granceetheonly1@gmail.com for an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization). Phone calls or voice mail cannot be accepted in lieu of an email for exchanges. Please include the name of your replacement item with your name, phone number and email address. We will provide you with the return address. No exchanges will be accepted without an RMA Number. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange of your item.  For questions, call 770.376.0220

Shipping is non refundable

When shipping your return item for exchange we strongly recommend you get a tracking number for your package as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
